Product Information

In July of 2008, WiseCleaner released Wise Disk Cleaner 3 Free 3.51 build 119 for the internet community to utilize at home for free. This program is user friendly and provides access to tools such as scanning junk files and deleting them from your system.

The result is a faster system performance and a cleaner computer. Wise Disk Cleaner offers the option of scanning more than 50 types of junk files, which you can manually select to include in the scan. Each of the junk files found is listed in the main panel with a detailed description of each file.

WiseCleaner’s Wise Disk Cleaner version 3 Free 3.51 build 119 is compatible with all versions of Windows, is only 1.09 MB in size, and includes unspecified updates, enhancements, and bug fixes. In this release, the start splash window is also removed and a new language pack is included.

This app is really good it cleans up junk files that cannot be found by other app and the best of all it's free! This is most probably better than some paid apps available.

It seems to have found MOST of the unneeded items on the drive. There is still some trace items left but it would take a purchase product to get them and I am not sure just any one would.

I've been using this program on a Toshiba laptop running Win. Vista, and a HP PC running Win XP. On it's first scan on the HP, it detected 680 MB of garbage, and on the laptop it removed 450 MB of useless files. I run scans on both machines several times a week, and typically remove 60 to 100 MB of useless files at a time. The average time for a scan is about two to three minutes.
