I have used SM for several
years. I have always thought the
product was a 4/5 on the review. I
have upgraded to SM7 and
experienced several problems. I
thoroughly searched the site's
knowledgebase and the problems were
not documented. I tried to contact
support on 4 different occasions. I
continue to receive lots of
automatically generated emails,
however, nothing addressing the
questions I have asked. It is
unfortunate that Iolo has built a
fairly solid product and combined
it with a much lesser quality of
customer service. |

I installed System Mechanic on
my comp with Windows XP and from
day 1 it cleaned out all the junk
and clutter that I didn't really
know I had. It made my comp faster;
and I didn't know that I had 1.42gb
of restore points that I could
clean. |

Mechanic Pro version 6 and I really
liked it. I like it so much, that I
went and upgraded to the Pro
version 7,
