Free for personal use, and unlike some free for personal use programs, it's "Upgrade Now!" button is small and out of the way. Also, the first thing that installs is the uninstaller.

Of course something I really like that I never seen in some optimization software is empty folder finder, which scans your computer and looks for empty folders and gives you the option of deleting those empty folder (deleted 232 empty folders through my first run).
